Refund & Return Policy

At Electogadget, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Returns – Physical Products
We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:
- In its original, unused condition with all original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
- Not damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper installation
To initiate a return, email support@electogadget.com with your order number. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened and used (unless defective)
- Items damaged through customer misuse or negligence
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories
- Consumables such as ink cartridges, toner, and cables once opened
- Software licences or digital downloads once activated
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@electogadget.com. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refunds – Physical Products
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
5. Refunds – Services
Setup & Installation Services: If you are not satisfied with a setup service, notify us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will attempt to resolve the issue at no charge. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.
Repair Services: Our "No Fix, No Fee" policy means you will not be charged if we cannot resolve your device issue. If a repair is completed and the same fault recurs within 90 days, we will re-examine and re-repair at no additional cost under our repair warranty.
Consultation Services: Refunds for completed consultations are issued only if the service was not delivered as described. Requests must be made within 24 hours of service completion.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product in cases of defect or manufacturing fault. If you wish to exchange for a different product, the original item must be returned and a new order placed.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge if requested before the item has been dispatched. To cancel an order, email support@electogadget.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has shipped, the standard return policy applies.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account and contact your card provider, as processing times vary. If the issue persists after this, contact us at support@electogadget.com and we will investigate promptly.
